The goal of Assurance Emergency Lighting is to provide the best emergency lighting solution.
Our staff of emergency lighting experts are not only knowledgeable but are determined to deliver quality, dependable products.

We are located in Memphis, Tennessee and sell through a nationwide network of lighting agents. Our product lines include LED emergency drivers, fluorescent emergency ballasts, emergency lighting inverters and ALCR- lighting control relay. Additionally, we continue to expand our solutions portfolio with innovative products. We are a division of Assurance Engineering LLC.

Al has over 40 years of experience in emergency, custom lighting and the electronics field. He served as CFO and President of The Bodine Company for over 20 years. Al has extensive knowledge in strategic planning, new product development, operations and financial management.

John has over 30 years of extensive experience with engineering, product development, sales management and customer engagement in emergency lighting. He served as General Manager, National & Regional Sales Manager and Product Engineering Manager with The Bodine Company. His primary goal is to exceed the customer experience and expectations.

Brian brings 27 years of experience in the Lighting Industry, in the areas of Product Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Following careers in Washington DC, The United Kingdom, and Chicago, he spent the last 12 years at Bodine as Global Product Manager and Marketing Manager.

Janet had her own accounting business that focused on serving the needs of small businesses since 1980.  She enjoyed the personal interaction with owners and employees while designing and implementing their accounting systems through preparing their taxes. Janet brings to Assurance her experience and knowledge of business and accounting and her familiarity with the emergency lighting industry after being married to Al for 50 years.

Porter has over 30 years’ experience in diverse industries specializing in engineering support, sales management and customer service. Prior to joining Assurance Emergency Lighting, he served as Regional Sales Manager with The Bodine Company for 15 years. Porter is an Electrical Engineer and is NCQLP Lighting Certified (LC).

The Assurance Emergency Lighting team has well over 100 years of combined experience in lighting and emergency lighting.
