New Customer Setup

New customers will need to provide credit information to be setup and approved as a customer.

Send Completed, Signed, and Dated Credit Application form and required documents to Janet.Lyons@AssuranceLighting.com

Note: Distributors will need to send all orders to their local Assurance Emergency Lighting Representative and OEM customers can enter orders directly to Order@AssuranceLighting.com
